With only two units in this building at Quicksilver, you'll feel an abundance of space in this well appointed two story retreat. Enjoy the uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains from the patio, dining room and living room which boast vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. The living room features a gas fireplace with an oversized hearth, flat screen TV and comfortable furniture. The newly updated fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for making home cooked meals. Serve your family at the dining table which seats up to 6 comfortably with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The south facing patio gets sunlight all day, and has a nice patio set to relax in.Upstairs is the loft-like primary bedroom which features a king sized bed, flat screen TV and vaulted ceilings. The en suite primary bathroom features double sinks, a tub/shower combination, and a stacked washer and dryer. The guest bedroom features two twin sized beds that can be pushed together to make a king, and a flat screen TV. Linens, and comforter for the King size set up are provided in the room as well! There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. Quicksilver is an amenity rich complex. After a long day on the slopes, relax in the indoor pool or hot tub. This unit is extremely close to the free Keystone shuttle bus which will take you anywhere you want in Keystone so you can enjoy all of the dining, shopping, and night life. Quicksilver is also close to many hiking trails, the tennis center and a convenience store in Keystone.This condo has one available parking space. Only 5 mins away via car. Nothing like waking up to beautiful snow outside the back windows. The place was plenty spacious for our family of five. Kids loved the shared hot tub and pool. We did find it challenging to find at night as there are not a lot of lights to light up the unit numbers and we had to use paper instructions once we picked up the unit keys. As well, we couldn’t figure out the fireplace and neither could the rental management. However, the place was very clean, spacious, comfortable and had an excellent location to everything we wanted. This, I appreciate more than anything. The condo is comfortable. The large fireplace is warming and cozy. Large screen TVs with good entertainment packages. Although it is not in a commercial area, a small grocery and liquor store are a few steps away. This meant we did not need to drive to Dillon after a full day on the slopes. Not recommended if you plan to ski other resorts as the drive to others was much further than expected. Arrival was more challenging than others as you had to drive to a management office instead of just having a key code for the unit like most other places we have stayed at use now. Also the daylight savings time had affected the security light so the address and entry area was dark when we arrived. Kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Living room was spacious and comfy. Views were lovely - you felt like you were tucked away in the woods, even though the highway was just below. The only thing that would have been better is if Keystone would have cleared the snow on the parking lot. We had difficulty in our vehicle because of the snow & ice around parking spaces. The wood floors (entryway, kitchen and dining room) had not been mopped. The hot pads in the kitchen as well as several pillows on the couch were disgusting and in need of replacement. Several of the doors and door knobs were quite dirty and had to be wiped down. The downstairs shower did not drain and left you standing in 2 inch deep cesspool when done. The middle bar stool was broken and there were holes and screws in walls from previous pictures etc. This was all particularly irritating given we were charged a cleaning fee.
