Completely remodeled in 2017 this beautiful 1 bed 1 bath condo features wood and tile floors throughout, granite countertop, stainless steel appliances, a fresh modern new bathroom and a brand new 4K Smart TV.

Big, bright and beautiful oversized 1 bed, 1 bath condo at Keystone Lake including a full kitchen. This condo is located on the 4th floor and features amazing floor to ceiling windows to take advantage of the best views in Keystone.

You have access to the whole condo and all of the building amenities.

I manage 21 condos in Keystone and Breckenridge so I am always available if you needed anything.

Enjoy ice skating in the winter and boating in the summer. In the summer you will find bikes and walking trails right out the back door. The Keystone Spa is right next door and the Kids Zone is just around the corner.

Shuttles take you every few minutes to the slopes for skiing or downtown to River Run Village.

Check in "hairy", but Stay--marvelous!

Every thing was as pictured. Fireplace was on the fritz but fixed within 24 hours. All that you need for a wonderful stay is provided for and the view is remarkable! Highly recommend.

Unit and property were in very good shape and clean. However, there were 2 broken window handles in the living room, so not able to open those 2 windows (the owner was immediately notified upon our arrival). We were able to open the other windows. The door handle to the front of the building was also broken making it difficult to enter. It was being fixed by maintenance the morning we left.

We loved the view of lake and mountains. The fountain just outside the huge window is awesome. Kitchen is great. Ice maker was wonderful. The elevator got stuck a couple of times so I wouldn't bring my 87 yr old mom here. It's a great value for the price. Easy check in once you find the wooden cupboard that holds the lock boxes. Loved the pool and hot tub and even grilled burgers after swimming one day on the pool deck. It was wonderful. Will definitely book here again. Was very glad there was a fan in closet as there is no AC. We stayed a week. .

Unbeatable View and Stay!

This condo was super cozy and had everything you could need. The view was the best part! Location was really nice too, close to many different bars and restaurants. The shuttles were very useful to get to Keystone Resort during the weekend when parking was full. Overall will definitely be coming back again.

Wonderful!

So I booked this stay for my parents and they loved it! Said that it was very clean and cozy inside. Said they had everything they needed. They loved the views from the windows and balcony. They didn’t seem to have any trouble getting there and checking in/out. Great spot!

Nice property with some wear and tear. A little dated but very accommodating. I would stay again. No AC and only some windows worked due to broken handles. Despite being dated I would stay again. Good value and check in process was simple.

The unit was nice. Bathroom door won’t close properly. No guides and suggestions provided.. you are on your own. Great view! Very small unit. Perfect for two. Way too small for 4. Owners non responsive to questions. Fireplace stopped working within an hour. The keystone shuttle pickup could not have been closer. Prob won’t rent again.

The view from the condo was amazing. The condo does need a little TLC. With that being said, the location was amazing close to everything.

The property had a beautiful view of the lake and was very comfortable overall. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues, including trash left under the bed and a tub/shower curtain that could have been cleaner. On my last night, the keypad lock also failed, which unfortunately kept me from re-entering the property until the property owner could arrive on-site the next morning. Despite these issues, I appreciated the comfort and the great view.

Great for you! For some hot hockey

We stayed here for the 9280 Pond hockey and the picture window is perfectly placed smack dab in the middle of all the rinks on the top floor.
