Located in the Slopeside building just steps from the lifts, you can start your ski day in minutes and easily return to the condo for lunch or a warm break before heading back out.
Step out onto the private deck to take in the outstanding mountain and ski slope views, whether you're enjoying morning coffee before hitting the slopes or unwinding in the evening as the sun sets over the peaks.
The newly renovated kitchen features quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, updated appliances, a coffee bar, and extra storage, making it easy to prepare meals, snacks, or a relaxed dinner after a full day on the mountain.
The fully custom downstairs bathroom features a double rain shower, copper sink, cedar-lined walls, and thoughtfully designed storage, creating a warm mountain-inspired space to refresh and relax after a day on the slopes.
The inviting living areas feature a cozy electric fireplace and comfortable seating, making it the perfect place to warm up, relax, and unwind after a day on the mountain.
Guests enjoy access to ski lockers and a convenient skier bridge connecting directly to the village and lift area, making it easy to get on the mountain each day. The building also features newer outdoor hot tubs, a firepit and BBQ area, and free parking in the heated garage located beneath the building.
The condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it ideal for couples, small families, or a friends’ ski getaway.
While wintertime is probably our favorite season, we love the summer months, too, and take full advantage of long walks/hikes and biking on the paved Snake River Recreation Path, located on the north side of our building. This trail is part of the larger Summit County Recreation Pathway System which connects to trails out to Breckenridge, Copper, Vail, and beyond. Keystone Resort offers summertime gondola rides (w/uphill mountain bike access), as well as festivals such as Bacon and Bourbon, Stars and Guitars, Keystone Jazz and Wine Festival, and the Keystone Arts Show. Dillon Amphitheater is just a 10 minute drive and offers an excellent summer lineup of events and concerts. This year there is Country Dancing at the Amp, Dirty Heads, Claypool Gold, National Repertory Orchestra, Full Moon Yoga, and CloZee.
Keystone Resort offers golf, tennis, bike rentals, boat rentals on Keystone Lake (10 minute walk from our condo). Favorite restaurants for special occasions include Keystone Ranch, Ski Tip Lodge, BigHorn Bistro, and Snake River Steakhouse. Check out Haywood Cafe, Lime, or Groovy's Mac 'n Cheesy for fun, casual dining.
September brings the spectacular aspen leaves in shades of golden yellow, red, and orange everywhere. Grab an eBike rental for a super fun way to see it all!
Keystone is always one of the first resorts to open for ski season, typically in early November, although the last couple years Opening Day has been in October. Thanksgiving and the Christmas/New Years holidays are very special times to be in the mountains.
As owner-hosts, we take great pride in keeping our condo beautifully maintained and making sure our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. We are frequent guests ourselves as this is one of our very favorite places to relax, and we always come away rejuvenated.
