“the location is good, walking distance from the train station, metro, German Colony district, and the tram stop to the inter city bus station is also within 2 mins walk. staffs are responsive to our questions, and very helpful. but two out of the three ceiling lamps out of order. it will be perfect if they are fixed! ”

“I recently stayed at Master Haifa Apartments, and I have to say, it was an excellent choice. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and spacious the apartment was. The modern decor and comfortable furnishings made it feel like a true home away from home. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed me to prepare my own meals easily.

The ugly: the pictures I saw when booking are not at all what we got. The bathroom was full of mold (we complained and no one came back to clean), mattress and bedding with stains of urine!! (we complained and we were told we are overreacting and this is “normal”; they did bring new bedding but also not really clean so we got our own). “Place not so expensive but amazing. Has laundry and drier. Has kitchen with big fridge, microwave, water boiler, utensils, plates, I think has portable single cookware. Good AC. Nice bathroom too. Owner was very responsive. You’ll need to have WhatsApp to better communicate with owner though.
