From the time I arrived, the bathroom had a horrible smell, and I asked the stuff to get somebody to fix it and all they did was spray air freshener on top of the gutters…. He opened it to put air freshener inside and it was disgusting as if it wasn’t cleaned for years…. Same smell in the shower and that air freshener didn’t last very long.. I came back late that evening, and it was just as bad so the next day I had to make a stink about it, and when I asked for the hotel manager, they sent housekeeping again… I had to get mean about it and insist on having a manager, but even then they only sent me the Cleaning management not the hotel manager. I will say that he was nice and gave me another room and it was an upgraded room, but unfortunately, I didn’t even get to use it much because I was out that day.. I feel like the first day I was there was really a waste of money and it’s very disappointing that things like the gutters are not regularly cleaned.

Great place & location

I booked this hotel for my father who was returning from USA and got an onward domestic flight. I had hesitation about the hotel location and I contacted them and they explained the things clearly and that comforted me. My father is a senior citizen and I was concerned about him getting to the hotel once after claiming his luggage but the hotel staff was helpful. They gave the proper directions and in the morning they also helped him to get to the domestic airline counter. Overall they always picked up my phone and answered my question and I was impressed with the service and convenient location.

It’s in a good location. Old and a little tired but lovely staff and excellent breakfast. We’d recommend it
