Parking was fine. Front desk staff were helpful.
Room was very noisy all night for both nights. Crew (I believe railroad) coming and going at all hours, yelling in hallways and partying in rooms.

Please be warned !! this is NOT Legend Hotel Minot !! The sign out front is Sonesta Essential. Two women travelers in a downpour trying to figure that out! The front desk clerk couldn't clarify over the phone. When we finally went inside anyway, the excuse was that they were "under renovation"..... The front lobby had the coffee machine labeled as "out of order" as were all the ice machines except one on the 2nd floor. We were on the fourth floor at the end of the hall. The fire escape was boarded up, as they were on the other floors. There is today NO renovations in progress.

"hotel was run by one person who checked you in, cook food and managed the bar. I hope she is well paid for the good job she did. The hotel is a bit dated and needs an upgrade."
