New A/C unit installed in both living room and bedroom to keep you comfortable both day & night, new pillow top mattress, big screen TV, fast internet and stocked kitchen. Close to restaurants and rental shops for all your water sports needs. There is a boat harbor next to the complex and a convenient store just steps away. Great view of the ocean from your lani. Air conditioning units are currently being installed throughout the complex construction may be going on weekdays 9am-4pm
