Living room offers a comfy Queen sofa sleeper to accommodate up to four guests in this unit. Lay back and watch a movie on the 55 inch Smart T.V. Kitchen joins the living area and is fully stocked with all service and cookware as well as appliances and utensils needed to whip up breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Efficient ductless AC in living area and bedroom.

The Master Bedroom has a luxurious King size bed and an ensuite bath with a glass clock walk-in shower. There is AC in the bedroom to cool off after a day in the sun. Some other conveniences in this condo are a full size washer/dryer, free parking, free WIfi, cable TV and a 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower.
This unit has a great view looking down at quiet pool # 3. You will find beach towels with beach chairs in the unit for your use to enjoy when strolling down to the beach!

Located in the heart of Wailea, this complex offers 4 different pools to enjoy, including a large beachfront pool and pavilion! You also have direct beach access onto Keawakapu Beach, a beautiful beach that is perfect for beach walks and family beach days! Head to the left to access the world famous Wailea Beach Path, or head to the right for sunset cocktails at the nearby restaurants! It can't get much better than this! Walk along the beach path to the Wailea Shops & Tennis Club and five of the most prestigious hotels of Wailea. The Fairmont, Four Seasons, Grand Wailea, Wailea Marriott Resort & Spa, and The Andaz Hotel are a few minutes walk along the promenade. We have added very detailed cleaning checklists and have also implemented dual disinfecting procedures that include cleaning ALL high-touch surfaces and following up with an EPA registered disinfectant. We have then added a 2nd spray of the EPA disinfectant prior to guest arrival on doorknobs, handles, remotes and switches.

All of our properties have keyless entry for contactless arrival and departure. We are requiring all staff and cleaners to wear masks and gloves.

*Please note, that there is construction taking place nearby and there will be daily “blasting” occurring in the general area from June 1st- Oct. 31st. The blasting will occur daily (Monday- Friday) at 3:45 PM and may be heard from the unit. We apologize for any inconvenience.*
