Our Wailea Elua Village condominium is an exclusive ground floor beachfront property located in the heart of the resort community of Wailea Elua. It may be rented by two adults but no children are allowed. This relaxing low-density community consists of two-story buildings terraced over twenty-four acres of immaculate tropical landscaping. Beautiful Ulua Beach, fronting the property is a well-known snorkeling destination and is great for watching dramatic sunsets, swimming, sunning and whale watching in the winter months. Wailea Elua Village is a gated property that includes two swimming pools, a beachfront pavilion with barbecues, workout facility, paddle ball/pickle ball court and free private parking. The spacious air-conditioned interior of #1401 includes an open plan living area with beautiful views of the ocean. In the main living area there is comfortable seating, a large screen Smart TV with a DVR feature and a dining table with seating for four. The fully equipped and newly renovated kitchen opens to the living area with a convenient breakfast bar. The bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and dual closets and its own cable TV.
