"The complimenyary afternoon tea was lovely, I wish they did an alcohol-free option so we could try more of it! The staff are very nice and facilities were good, happy woth the location too. We were travelling by train, I think we would stay nearer to hakata station next time. "

"If you want to be in the middle of the busy Fukuoka city centre, this hotel can serve that purpose. It was suitable because of how convenient it is to any and all parts of Fukuoka city."
"Excellent service and room condition. It’s relatively still new. Staff was very helpful.
Great location walking distance to amenities and train station and Canal City. "
"Everything was terrific! The staff were so pleasant, very attentive, and helpful. The elevators were fabulous- no waiting more than 15 seconds!!! Our room was spacious, had very comfortable beds, nice sized tv, large bathroom w/ powerful shower. We had robes and pajamas provided. They also cleaned up the room daily if we wanted. The amenities in the bathroom were so generous from hair ties to razor sets to all kinds of face oil and emulsion packets. We had a beautiful view of Hakata Tower and could see all the way to the ocean. Also the location was perfect with the subway a few steps away under the hotel. There was shopping and eating right outside and so much more all down the streets. We spent 10 days here and can’t wait to return!!!"
"Staff were very helpful, thankfully they let us into the room a couple of hours early. Quiet room, free wine drinks in the late afternoon. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel. We would recommend this hotel."
