The emails are super informative and outline everything expected; you can tell the management company runs a tight ship! Every time I messaged there was a reaponse in a very timely manner. The proximity to the beach was perfect. I would reccomend setting up at the beach at 8am to secure a good spot. It's very close to a few hotels, but the beach wasnt everly crowded. There were 7 of us — plenty of room for all of us. House was a short walk to the beach. It was great having an elevator, allowing us to carry our groceries and heavy items. This property was great for our family vacation including four difference families and four children! The walk to the beach was easy and the property is walkable to several restaurants and ice cream.
