It is a BnB not a hotel. Have to contact agent on what’s app to get code and let yourself in, washing machine was in the middle of kitchen not connected. kitchen was not the cleanest. 6 dinning room chairs, 5 where broken. Bathroom seat broken lots of mould.
Door locked behind us and needed code to get back in but got locked out for 20 minutes.
We booked the room for the use of the pool but the pool was closed.
Very disappointing.
