"Love this area!! This is our third visit to Saddleback and will not be our last. Beautiful home, great location! I could not have asked for more. The only minor disappointment was the fireplace was not working. Not a deal breaker, but we love to come back after a cold day of skiing and warm up by a fire. Again, wasn’t a huge deal and we loved our time there. Looking forward to the next trip in the near future."

"The home and property was very nice and conveniently located near markets and restaurants. We had seven and were all very comfortable and pleased with the commodations. We had no problems with anything and look foward to coming back again next year. Whether you are going to the Flaggstaff area to hike, ski, snowmobile, fish or hunt, or just relax and enjoy the lake and mountain views, this is a great place to stay!"

We took my parents here for their anniversary and everyone was just blown away at the cozy aesthetic, the cleanliness, and the hospitality the hosts provided in this little house in the woods. Kerrie was so prompt and kind in answering any questions we had. I really cannot express how much of an amazing experience we had here not our gratitude for sharing their gorgeous home with us for these past few days."

"We went to New Vinyard to view the total eclipse. Chip and Kathy, our hosts were wonderful and warm. The house was perfect for the four of us. We rode around to other towns in the area, up the mountain, and across a famed wire bridge that bounces when you put on the brakes. Our nephew and three others came up to sit outside with us to view the eclipse. We all had an amazing time. The little village store was great for pizza and incidentals. By being in New Vinyard, we avoided the huge traffic...

"Cabin is wonderfully renovated with modern conveniences while fully embracing the "get away from it all" theme. Property was super clean and easy communication with in-town property manager. Fantastic master bedroom and perfect kitchen and sitting area for meals, table games and just disconnecting from it all. Dock with adirondack chairs was peaceful. Loon Lake is perfect by itself, but the supplied 2 kayaks made it even better. Owner is fantastic. Hope to return soon. 5 stars!!"

"My sister and I stayed here with my two pups for the weekend and caught a night show at Sugarloaf, which was a short 35 minute drive. This property was peaceful, quiet, clean and cozy. We had a relaxing Saturday of cooking, letting the pups play in the little creek and relaxing in the super cozy living room. We definitely want to go back for a weekend with our kids. It was a perfect weekend and an amazing property!"

"Although the weather was not optimal, it was better than the forecast offered. We spent more time at the property than we had intended, but that didn't dampen the visit to Rangeley. The accomodations were fabulous. The children had plenty of room to play on their own without being annoyed by adults! The evenings were peaceful when we turned in. We enjoyed the town and Quill Hill is a must see. Also the ride around the lake on Monday when we left for home was beautiful ending to a lovely weekend!"

"Saddleback Mountain is the best!! It’s about a 15 min drive to the lodge maybe even less. The cabin is just that, it was you would expect but there was plenty of space for us 2 adults and 4 kids ages 10-17. My only suggestion to future guest id if you like to cook bring some quality pans."

"Great location close to Kingfield but out on a back road for nice woods romps for the dogs. The kids loved the hot tub and game room. Very comfortable for our group of four adults and three kids."
