“It is a nice hotel and the room was great. The only problem was we were on the sixth floor and it was a tiny bit windy, but it sounded like we had a wind tunnel in our room. It kept waking us up both nights that we were there, sounded like a tornado was going through the room.”

“I travel to the area frequently for work and was excited to try this newer property. The location, property and room were all beautiful and well maintained. The check in process was terrible. It took 45-minutes of on-line support while raining outside to gain access to the building, because no one is present on the property to assist. There was some type of error with my electronic check-in process which isn't unusual apparently, because there was another individual struggling with the same……

“No breakfast no pets not even service dogs. Staff argue and say your wrong. Thought customer always right. Claimed dogs were in room cause dog hair on dresser off clothes. But did not. No pool nothing for kids. Cost more then what should for what you get. ”
