金斯伍德地产度假短租

“We enjoyed our spring skiing trip at Palisades with 6 friends while staying in this cozy but expansive mt retreat. Very quiet at night except for a moment of coyotes singing nearby. Very well supplied kitchen, lovely stove/oven. Sharp knives, nice stainless steel pots and pans……etc. Plenty of towels, and very clean!”

“I don’t think I’ll ever stay at a more stunning rental! This home is absolutely gorgeous and felt like such a luxury stay. Check-in and check-out was convenient. The location was great. We had an easy time getting to Northstar ”

“the refrigerator was nonfunctional for 7 of our 7 vacation days. We reported it every day. The property manager repeatedly promised assistance but never provided a repair, replacement refrigerator, or other solution besides using the deep freeze that froze all of our perishable food items. We incurred additional expenses and lost the use of a major advertised amenity for most of our stay.”

“The property was very clean and cozy perfect for large groups.Brad was very helpful and easy to communicate he was very responsiveOver all we had I give 10/10 for the property”

“Staff was great, very clean, location is very good. Will come back for sure.”

“This is a beautiful property and breathtaking setting. Nestled up against the mountain, nature is up close. You can even see the High Camp tram from the property. The building encloses on three sides a beautiful park/courtyard with paved walkways, mature trees, and various seating, outdoor games and recreational features, including a swimming pool and three hot tubs. The Olympics history is also seen and felt. The Tyrolian-style building was built as lodging for the 1960 Olympics athletes, and……

“just what we needed for a 3 night 4 day stay. was clean and comfortable had everything we needed even has a crock pot and a instant pot. we didn't use them we had a tight time schedule. john is on it when you ask a question will stay again”

“The condo was very clean, secure, had lots of natural light, well stocked for a short or long stay, and close to everything. I would definitely stay there again.”

“What went well: Closer to Kings Beach, surrounded by trees, ample car parking space, nice pool, and clubhouse. The kitchen was good. What needs improvement: The property is not up to the mark for the price paid. I have stayed in other places that were even better for 3/4 of the price I paid here. Very congested studio room. 1 bunk bed, and it was suffocating. The couch in the living room was not comfortable at all; it kept moving and caused discomfort. When I entered the house, it was too cold,……

“Nice, clean property. The location was good. Close to many things on the north side of the lake. The lake access shown in the pictures is across the highway. The pool is just a short walk from the condo. There were sufficient kitchen items to cook and eat at the condo. There is a small normal coffee pot. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided. It was quite warm when we visited. There is no AC but a fan is provided so it was not too bad. Check in was easy.”

“The bed was like sleeping on plywood and the pillows were incredibly lumpy. They also failed to leave the parking pass in sight, hence why I got a parking ticket while staying on the property.”

“Thank you for the stay; I left everything or i try to order and very clean. The location of the Sunset Chalet in Kings Beach is beautiful—the view of the lake beyond the pine trees is spectacular, and waking up to the sound of woodpeckers was truly lovely. The cabin is very cozy, and the fireplace works perfectly. Even I thought that was wood fireplace still works perfectly and looks cute However, there is a very important issue: the listing stated that we would have the entire house to……

“We enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive to questions”

“Fabulous view right on the water.Host was responsive.Quaint little cottage. It should be made clear that the sofa bed does not pull out and there is only one bed. More beach towels would be nice and maybe some updated beach chairs. Hairdryer was barely working; a standard size hairdryer should be the bare minimum. The shower was not draining correctly. The cottage could use a deep clean to get rid of cobwebs.Otherwise fabulous stay.”

“We had a wonderful weekend at Old Greenwood celebrating a friend’s wedding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. ”

“We had a great time.”
