“The listing for this hotel does NOT match the amenities provided.
The Reception is only staffed in the mornings. When we arrived around 7pm there was no-one available to check us in. We had not received an email with an access code, so had to phone the number on the door.
"Daily housekeeping" was not provided for our 4 night stay. We had not been informed that this is only on request!
There were no laundry facilities, despite the description of "washer/dryer in room". There is a chargeable……
