Enjoy this comfortable, spacious 1,800 square foot ranch home in a landscaped, park-like setting. You will enjoy effortless access to the living area by way of ramp! Convenient access to shopping without using Route 12. House located on a cul-de-sac with paved path to the beach. Enjoy hanging out under the home with hammocks, swing, and ping pong. Wraparound deck provides sun and shade all day. The 900 square feet of deck allows you to bird watch and see other wildlife. Fox and deer pass through on a regular basis.

4 bedrooms (1 with King with private bath with shower; 2 with Queen, 1 with Bunk set and Trundle and Daybed), shared hall bath (with tub and shower).
