Just a short walk to the beach through a private neighborhood, it's ideal for families not wanting to cross the highway with children to get to the ocean. Boasting several amenities including a theater room with surround sound, a 55" TV, a game room with a Pool table, and a wet bar, as well as a fenced-in hot tub and Saltwater swimming pool area. With plenty of space for gathering in the living areas and 4 King beds, everyone will have plenty of room to get comfortable and enjoy their beach vacation without having to sacrifice comfort. Located in the Town of Duck, known for its quiet small-town atmosphere you'll be surrounded by places to go and things to do from eating and shopping, to jet skiing and historical sight hopping. This home utilizes a Ring Doorbell for security.
