Lovely Oceanside condo in beautiful Duck, North Carolina Outer Banks!

Brand New for Summer 2023! Simply Zen is a luxurious, oceanside and private 1-bedroom (king bed), 1 full bath condo with a fully stocked kitchen in the heart of duck! The condo is attached to our vacation home which is not rented. The condo has a private & separate entrance. Simply Zen also offers for your use only a large and beautiful private pool with hot tub, barbecue, & corn hole toss. There is also an outside shower. You can take a very short walk to the coffee shop, ice cream shop, restaurants, boardwalk, and the most glorious sunsets. And then walk to the beach at the other end of the street to enjoy a beach private to the residents and guests of Marlin Drive. . A relaxing place to enjoy your coffee in the morning and beverages of choice in the evening. The condo is equipped with beach chairs and towels, as well as sheets and bath towels. So, what are you waiting for, pack your clothes and book your vacation with Simply Zen! New and beautiful memories are waiting for you! Adults only, no children or pets.

Perfect quiet getaway
Dan and Robins Simply Zen was a perfect, quiet getaway that had private pool and hot tub jacuzzi at our disposal. The condo had 1 king bedroom, full kitchen and nice sitting area with tv. It really lived up to the advertised accomodation and we were quite impressed. Close to many area attractions and restaurants. Simply Zen. Dave and Janelle Couldnt have been any nicer.

An Amazing 1st Family Vacation - A+
This was the first ever family vacation that my wife and our 8 month old son had ever taken together so this was a very special family trip. And we will never forget this very special place (and we will definitely be heading back to Simply Zen!) From the initial communication with the owner, Dan, all the way through the trip this was exceptional. A few things stood out - 1. The place is even better than the pictures. The inside was modern and immaculate. Very well done and very comfortable. The outdoor space is incredible. Pool and hot tub both terrific. The grill was clean and ready for use. And the seating area around the pool was where we spent a lot of our time with our young son. Comfortable chairs and lounges. It's also very private and peaceful back there. 2. Location - Another thing we loved was that it is about an equal walk to the beach as it is down a short hill into town - maybe 7 minutes each way I would guess. One morning we walked to the beach to see the sunrise and then we walked into town for Duck Donuts. You can easily walk to lots of places in town. If you are looking to stay somewhere that is elevated in terms of quality - but also easy and comfortable to manage - this is where I would recommend. It made our first family vacation memorable - I don't think I could give the place, or Dan, a better complement than that. Oh also, he even had a pack and play set up for us when we arrived for our son to sleep in. How's that for service?!

Great Location & Relaxing Property
Excellent communication with property owner. A great location to explore the beach and the town of Duck. An easy walk or bike ride to the boardwalk or the trail in the town of Duck. Several great restaurants in downtown Duck The property was great, allowing us to unwind by the pool or in the hot tub. We will definitely be back.

Perfect for couples getaway
This place was absolutely perfect. The condo is suited perfectly for a couples getaway, private hot tub and pool was a perfect touch. The hosts thought of every detail and made this stay very easy and relaxing. Also appreciated the quick responses to any questions we had! The location is great because it’s walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops and private beach access. Will definitely book here again!

We loved this cute condo. Decor was relaxing. The pool and hot tub were awesome additions. The location was great- an easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The name describes it perfectly-Zen!! Will definitely go again. Highly recommend!

A jewel in Duck!
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Simply Zen and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The location is fantastic – just a quick walk to both the beach and the town, making it the ideal spot for a beach getaway. The apartment itself is a charming, cozy haven, with a fully stocked kitchen and bath, making it feel like a home away from home. It is nicely decorated, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. It's evident that the hosts have put thought and effort into making the space enjoyable for guests. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the hot tub. The private and well-maintained hot tub added an extra layer of luxury to our stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The property was wonderful. The host thought of everything to help our stay go smoothly. Towels and sheets are provided as well as a couple beach chairs, towels and parking pass. Beach is an easy walk as well. Location is great for shopping and food. Backyard has a pool and parking is close to your door. Would stay here again in the future. Thank you Robin and Dan!
