"Clean room although some strange smell at the entrance. Very comfortable beds, we have good rest after long walking. There are coins parking nearby.
The sounds from the expressway not loud, we can sleep peacefully."
" It was a bit far from the station considering I had luggage. Expected surprise was that the Shitennoji Temple was a minute away. I think most of their customers were from China or Chinese speaking countries. Buffet breakfast was simple but nice. "

"Room set up was very good. We had difficulty with the Yamato Transport QR code. However front desk staff was very helpful in completing a manual form to avoid our luggage going to the wrong location. Front desk also helped with train schedule to our next destination and making restaurant reservation. Their service was professional and helpful."
"Fantastic location and helpful staff. Located in Namba but a bit further south, so it has the closeness to Dotonburi and Namba without being right in the action. Walking to Dotonburi only takes 15 minutes or so and there are walkable options for subway stations to get around. Was able to easily get around Osaka and travel to Kyoto for day trips from here. Hotel is clean and comfortable."
"Everything was as expected for this hotel chain. The area around the hotel is quite accessible but there is a lot of graffiti and it’s a bit run down. It’s a ‘retro’ area but could use a bit of maintenance."
"We loved this room, so close to all the shopping and dining. Our room was clean, modern and pretty spacious. Friendly staff and a really good breakfast buffet!"
