“Das Zimmer war zwar klein, vor allem das Bad, aber trotzdem komfortabel und sauber. Was wirklich nachteilig war, der Rummelplatz in der Nähe, den man polternd zu hören bekam. Das hatte allerdings um ca. 22 Uhr ein Ende.”

“Great location, with parking! Room 100 was lovely and overlooking garden. Weird light switches, could never figure them out. The restaurant was gone, as was the bar.And I think you need to have asked staff to turn on the haman spa for it to work. Otherwise truly enjoyed the sauna and the jetted pool. Look for the buttons inside the pool. Breakfast was lovely, best to go AFTER the bike tour groups (which is early). Breakfast staff is lovely AND full of excellent travel ideas.”

“If you are traveling from Germany to France for a road trip, this hotel can be a good location. But the hotel is very cold, the aircon is centralized control, and the toilet is very cold, which make our stay very uncomfortable.”

“I stayed in the remodeled area which I would recommend asking for specifically. The room was very nice, the problem was the service and customer experience. At this price point, I would expect a working television. Once it was begrudgingly acknowledged that the t.v. was on lock, calls were made- however, the situation was not resolved over my 2 day, $1500 stay. Everything else was great but when an issue as large as this (I was planning to watch movies all weekend) goes unresolved for 2 days- it……

“Perfect location, the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg is nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Great service, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable, spacious, quiet, and clean. I would happily stay here again.”
