For the price of rm200 per night, we expect the hotel to be better. - Wifi was not working. - Hotel carpet is so worn out and unpleasant to walk on. - Bed linen is not very clean. - Extra blanket and pillow are chargeable. - Hairdryer needs to be requested. The hotel has the first elevator since 1963 (or so). Old is fine as long it is functional. We pressed level 3, the lift went up and down and eventually we ended up back at ground floor reception area.
