"Stayed 3 nights to visit events in Harrogate. Super clean hotel in excellent condition, pet friendly with plenty of grassy areas to walk out dog on a leash. Being located on a service area there are numerous food outlets Greggs, Costa Coffee, Cornish Pastie Co, M&S Foods, etc). We had an accessible room as my wife had just had foot surgery, so she found the accessible shower room ideal, with plenty of grab bars. The bed was large and very comfortable for us. Tea / coffee facilities in the room. No fridge. TV with screen casting capability, so you can watch your preferred mobile / cellphone content on the large screen. Also the usual terrestrial channels are available on the TV plus apps like YouTube. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel as we’d made other arrangements, but the informal dining area looked good. Free parking on site for hotel guests and there are plenty of EV charging bays and disabled parking bays right by the hotel. For a hotel on a service area location we were really pleased at how quiet the room was - our room was in the back of the hotel overlooking countryside views and you’d never know you were in such a busy location. Staff were very helpful and friendly, as others have commented. We will plan to stay here again and recommend it very highly. Excellent value, accommodation and service. "
"Lovely hotel, the staff were all helpful and friendly. It's located in walking distance from the town and a bus ride to Harrogate. The breakfast and evening meals were very nice. "
"The room was spotless along with the bathroom too, and the breakfast was amazing. I would definitely recommend going there again, many thanks to your staff from Dean and Anna Kershaw."
"The two adjoining rooms we had in the basement were excellent. The staff we spoke to were very friendly. They sorted the parking which is a nightmare but I think that’s Harrogate in general. "
"Our room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Bed was really comfortable tho pillows were a bit soft for me, but that's a personal preference and I didn't ask for a change. We managed to park outside hotel on the street, so no issues there. Only a five minute walk into town centre. Great location, geat hotel. Thank you 😊 "
