“Wonderful 5 day stay at Purana for our honeymoon. The people who staff the resort are so very friendly and helpful. A highlight was the boat trip to Kong Island and also riding around the island in the resort’s Honda scooter with sidecar. ”

“Es un hotel que esta en plena naturaleza y ya lo dice la propia pagina web, si no te gustan los animales pequeñitos este no es tu hotel, cosa que no quiere decir que cuando no esperes encontrarte una araña en una cortina o un gecko entre las sartenes, no puedas pegarte un susto de muerte, luego de acostumbrarte ya puedes disfrutar de tu estancia. Sus caminos no estan asfaltados por lo que si llueve tienes que sortear charcos, barro y riachuelos por lo que se hace recomendable ir con sandalias....

"Perfect location close to the beach and the pier. Calm area away from main street. Excellent breakfast: wide selection of everything. The staff is really nice. The rooms are spacious and confortable though a bit dated. Even though there are many families with children, we had a room away from the area of activities and it was not an issue at all. The only negative point is for the rooms (like ours) that had the balcony on the oposite side of the swimming pools as there is a sweage river that stinks. We basically couldn't use the balcony."
