The hotel staff were lovely and the location is great (just right next to the bus terminal). We where welcomed warmly when arrived and we had a very traditional Japanese experience during our stay including taking our shoes off at the entrance, traditional Japanese meals and enjoyed the hot spring ...
I would stay here again. Nice room. Only the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing from a western point of view. No butter, only margarine. No fresh fruit. Choice of rolls/bread was limited. Not much to choose from it seemed if you don’t care for a a Japanese style breakfast.
Near to train station, convenient stores and eating places. Also a good view to see the Akashi Castle.
The staff picked us up from train station, cable car station and bus station at our request. They are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and tidy with free indoor and out door onsen. Will stay there again.
Clean and comfortable hotel. Spacious room and very good onsens. Just 3 or 5 minutes walk from train and and espress bus station.
Very nice and comfortable. ROOM IS clean and quiet. Food is fresh and delicious. Staff can speak English very well.
They have a variety of onsen, which has made the experience more interesting. Their food for both dinner and breakfast was good.
I traveled eleven Japan Ryokan for three weeks from Hokkaido to Kagoshima. Hanakoyado hotel in Arima onsen was the worst one. Please, don't expect anything good.
old and dirty, the bed is very uncomfortable, easy to look through the quilt cover to see the dirty blood spots on the inner layer, and it was all yellowish. The vents and ac were very noisy.
We stay for a night for the hot spring. dinner and breakfast were included. the staff was so caring and attentive that once I told them I am pregnant they immediately suggested change of my menu which is few week before our stay. They are so prompt in responding and great communication. The dinner ...
For the price I expected there to be some food. I was surprised to find there was none and was disappointed with Expedia's description. Most of the overnight guests eat in their hotels and ryokans, so finding a meal is difficult. The bath water was excellent--but that is shared by all the lodges. ...
Rokkosan Hotel is located high above the mountain and offers a beautiful view of Kobe. My wife and I used the free shuttle bus service from the airport. The historical property is a little dated, but that is on the other hand posesses old style charm that is pleasing. We enjoyed the professional ...
Quiet but great location next to Shinkansen and direct access to subway, only 1 stop from Sannomiya
I asked many information on Christmas illumination and the staffs were very helpful and found out the ending time of the illumination for me.Very thankful as I didn't have a Japan phone.
I picked this hotel because of it;s proximity to the station but it was very difficultto find; I was lucky in that a stranger walked me all the way to the hotel after I had wandered around a while I don;t think I cold;ve found it myself. The staff and facilities were pretty normal for Japan. The ...
