"I book a non-smoking room but was allocated with smoking room. Need to pay extra for the nonsmoking room. They said I had requested but is not confirmed by the hotel! Hotel lobby is at 1st floor and the elevator is hidden. After checkout, the hotel staff is not helping to bring down luggage to ground floor.
