“What a fabulous find. Spacious room, comfy bed and spotlessly clean. The staff were super helpful and breakfast was amazing. Perfectly located within walking distance of the train station, village square and ski lift. ”

“I regularly travel globally for both business and pleasure usually staying at hotels of this class. The Bergresort has the worst service I ever experienced, a complete contrast to the Alpenpark (owned by the same family) where I stayed twice previously. At this level (4 star superior), rude, staff making customers feel unwelcome and ignored is not acceptable. Don't go to this hotel for a relaxing time. ”

“Location 5/5 Service 5/5 Quiet street, off street parking, great breakfast, fantastic staff. 5min walk to center of GP and supermarket. The only downside would be the summer months with AC, the small fan provided did help a little with the heat. I'd imagine winter months the hotel would be very warm and cozy. Would consider to stay again.”
