Wonderful stay! I had booked two nights but needed to cancel one. Though Hotels.com couldn’t reach the hotel, Mr. Shekar Nigam at the front desk handled it smoothly and charged me only for one night. It is rare in travel to India that a hotel really delivers but a good, clean and well maintained hotel combined with an exceptionally good service from every member of hotel staff really lived up to my expectations! The hotel room itself was clean, the facilities were warm and modern and the location was great - central. The service from front desk management (in perticular Mr Praveen) was exceptional. I needed a parcel forwarding to north India, unprompted, he totally understood my needs and made all arrangements that made my stay so much relaxing. The restaurant service was also outstanding. Without exception, every member of staff was totally focused on providing a service that guests would love even in a higher rated hotel, and here I cannot but mention the restaurant manager, Mr Vaishakh, exceptional for Dinner and Breakfast for every single day of my stay. My original plan was to stay for 3 nights, however my needs in Kochi and in particular the service from the complete hotel team ment i stayed for some 9 night! Really well done Holiday Inn Kochi! I will definitely be coming back back!

Great hotel located conveniently near the highway . Beautiful surrounding,amazing atmosphere and friendly staff who were always helpful.Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were clean, stylish, and cozy. Room service were excellent. Food was great and service was attentive and efficient.I always stay here whenever I visit kochi. Stars at Holiday inn!!

Service was top-notch! Staff were so attentive and detail-oriented. I was treated like a star customer from the beginning to the end of my stay. Aparna from customer service was awesome! Hats off to you, Holiday Inn Cochin! Truly five-star service.

Nice stay

Nice stay. Good breakfast and pool. Bed sheets a bit rough to sleep on and hotel generally a bit tired but otherwise overall a good stay. Would stay again.

We were there literally for two days but the stay was pleasent. The breakfast spread was amazing!! Staff all polite and helpful had no complaints.
