Best pet-friendly apartment in all of Koh Samui

Room is simple, but big with a microwave, fridge, comfortable bed, air-conditioning, huge bathroom, and daily housekeeping (please don't forget to tip your housekeeper daily), and accepts pets! I took my beloved cat Onyx with me! And it's connected/owned by Seascape Beach Resort so I can access all the resort features!!!

Great value and comfortable stay

The Apartment is spacious and comfortable, especially the beds, which are very cushy compared to most in Thailand. The reception staff could be friendlier, though housekeeping and others are very nice. It would also be good if there was soap and small towels to wash the dishes in the unit. I was told by the reception that I should purchase this on my own, however if dishes are provided, there should be a way to clean them provided as well. The area is close to many shops, restaurants, and tourist info. It is within a short drive to a large grocery store and many attractions. The beach fronting the property is pristine and calm, great for swimming even with small children.

Идеальный отель для бюджетного туриста

В этом отеле я впервые, но в прошлом году жил в Seascape, а это тот же отель, но с другими номерами (новыми) без кухни. Плюсы: - самый главный это расположение на пляже Чавенг (лучший пляж на Самуи). - территория небольшая, красивая, ухоженная; - отель на первой линии, пляж в 30 секундах ходьбы от номера; - ухоженная территория отеля, чистят пляж, есть бесплатные лежаки, зонтики. - наличие в номере кухни. Для бюджетного туриста это большой плюс, так как можно разогреть еду, купленную на улице либо в магазине (это дешевле, чем питаться в кафе). Дешовых отелей с кухнями и недалеко от пляжа мало на Самуи, мы посетили один на Липе, другой на Бопхуте, но нас не устроили пляж и месторасположение. - ежедневная уборка номера; - приветливый персонал; - отличный массажный салон справа от выхода из отеля. Из минусов: - старая мебель; - темный номер, так как одно окно (в отеле лишь 2-3 номера, где несколько окон); - нет стакана для зубных щеток (хотя это мелочь, но неудобство доставляет. Думаю поставить в каждый номер по стакану для зубных щеток не дорого); - нет маленького полотенца для рук в ванной, только очень большие; - душ без поддона, поэтому во всем туалете всегда мокрый пол; - очень маленький стол, поэтому поесть вдвоём за ним проблематично; - нет электрической плитки, только микроволновая печь и чайник(с плитой было бы просто шикарно). - не очень хорошая уборка номера (пол мыли плохо); - нет фена. Очень рекомендую отель как соотношение цены и качества для бюджетного туриста.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Samui Beach Apartments. The apartment was comfortable but noisy as it was directly onto the busy street. The facilitites at this resort were excellent with a lovely garden, pool and beach area. I found the day stafff to be very helpful and friendly and the maids were eager to please and responded to my every request.

太過份了。

位置不錯，不過要求房間時就據理力爭，因對方說無房，但我說我已早在五月訂了，後對方說無兩間一起的房間，只能分層，我說要同層，後等了數分鐘後才得佢地酒店人員能給我兩間三人房，我們也很明白，人家要做生意，結果我們只要了一間三人房，而要求他們加多一張床，後來服務人員告訴我們房間冷氣不凍的，結果我們要求加一把風扇，但風扇不過一晚就壞了，結果我又要向他們力證一切，要求換另一把風扇，房間太嘈，早上有濃濃的大糞味入房，有時相䣓不到兩小時又有濃濃的油煙味，我們問過酒店是什麼回事，我真的不知他們不知情還是在隱瞞，他們都說不知，又或是沒有，他們太假了。

Avoid this place

Samui beach apartments, are just ten rooms on the back of the Seascape resort, and are managed by the resort. The rooms are by the street and very noisy, extremely dirty, and the water that comes out of the tub is dark yellow. You can use the seascape areas but the hotel staff tells every one (the seascape resort guests also) to get up at 5 p.m from the beach chairs on the beach, because they collect the chairs and put tables for the restaurant. No other resort around does that, the guests at the other resorts can lay by the beach as much as they want. I find this extremely rude.

Helt okej!

Personalen som jobbade i receptionen verkade vara extremt trötta på livet då dem inte säger ett ord och vill helst absolut INTE hjälpa till på något sätt. Man känner dig mest ivägen och inte välkommen. Rummen var rymmliga och sköna sängar och läget bra.

Zum Partymachen OK für Familien wohl eher nicht

Die Apartments werden vom Besitzer des Seascape Hotels vermietet und befinden sich auf dem selben Hotelgelände. Die Zimmer sind wie in der Beschreibung abgebildet und verfügen schon über einen geringeren Standard als die des Hotels. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach, so fehlt beispielsweise ein Nachtisch oder Badezimmertisch und der Kühlschrank hat keine Fächer. Wir hatten eines der zwei großen Apartments mit getrennten Schlafzimmern, wobei im Hauptraum die Klimaanlage kaputt war, was jedoch noch durch die beiden weiteren Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern kompensierbar ist. Die Fenster gehen zur Hauptstraße raus, wodurch es schon etwas lauter ist, insbesondere wenn mehrmals täglich die Promotion-Autos (Thai Boxen, Massage, ChaChaMoon etc.) mit Lautsprecherdurchsagen die Straße entlang fahren. Mann wird daher durchaus schonmal mit "Eye of the Tiger" geweckt. Die Nasszelle befindet sich im Raum und hat keine Fenster, wodurch sich dort auch schonmal die Hitze staut. Insgesamt jedoch sehr sauber. Wer den Preis für ein großes Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern bezahlt und dann Hilton-Qualität erwartet ist selber schuld ! Man bekommt für den Preis alternativ auch ein wesentlich besser ausgestattetes Doppelzimmer in guter Hotelqualität, uns (2 Studenten) waren hier jedoch die zwei getrennten Schlafzimmer wichtiger und die einfache Ausstattung hat nicht gestört, da wir eh nur zum Schlafen im Apartment waren. Zum Partymachen geeignet, für Familien jedoch wohl eher nicht

더러운 숙소...

이 숙소는 해변 앞에 있는 다른 숙소와 같은 해변과 리셉션을 이용할 뿐이다..구석탱이 낡아빠진 방을 준다..리셉션 직원은 더럽게 불친절하고-태국여행 20여일동안 친절한 태국여자를 못봤다.욕이 나올 지경이다-객실은 얼마나 더러운지 에어컨엔 거미줄 곰팡이가 가득하고 리셥션에 사진 찍어서 보여주니 마지못해 직원시켜 1시간동안 청소하니 그나마 시원한 바람이 나온다..중간에 방 바꿔달라니 보여준 방은 더 가관이다..청소다시하고 씻을려고 욕조에 물 받아는데 녹물이 가득이다..더러워 욕조에 들어갈 수가 없다..항의하니 어쩔수 없다는 개소리만...이 숙소 말고 오백밧 더주고 다른 숙소 잡으시길 바람니다..

Cheap and close to the beach but bad service

The apartments are located in the back of another hotel complex towards the main street. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment of appox 100 sqm, but when we checked in we got a small studio room with only three beds so we had to go back to the reception desk and request for the apartment we had booked which we then received. The staff was not at all service minded and we did not recieve a kind smile from the receptionists, housekeepers, gardeners or restaurant staff during our one day stay, which we did not extend as we even felt un-welcome there after many encounters with the staff which all made us feel uncomfortable. We have never had that experience traveling on our holiday in Thailand before as we usually recieve smiles and kind/polite responses back when we have that approach ourselves (which we always have when meeting staff within the service sector and people in general). Even if the location close to the beach and price of the apartments was good, we unfortunately felt the need to find another place to stay in Chaweng for the remaining part of our stay. The hotel in short: Cheap and close to the beach, but not with a good vibe.

It was not a good place for children, but if you're a single person who don't care about noise... then this is a Ok hotel. I on the other hand, changed the apartment to a bungalow down at the beach.

You get what you pay for...

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment for a bargain price so weren't expecting much. Although the room was tired and old, it was very clean. The air conditioner in one bedroom was on its way out so we cranked the main one up and kept the door open and it kept us nice and cool. Hotel staff were friendly and being able to share the pool at Seascape resort was a bonus. Recommend eating at You and Me restaurant underneath the apartments and Noi restaurant across the road and to the south.
