“The bed is comfortable, and the swimming pool is sufficient. The view from the room is also beautiful, but it comes at a price. If you don’t want to walk back to your room, you have to take the hotel’s golf cart. If the service quality is also poor, it feels even less worthwhile. If you’re looking to stay closer to the beach, this hotel is not recommended. The room rates are not cheap, and the service is not up to standard.”

“Koh Tao Heritage is my preferred hotel to stay at. Main reasons are; daily room cleaning, quiet location, rooms do not have TVs (so don't get noise) from other rooms, location is an easy walk to Sairee Beach or Mae Haad Pier for the ferry,

“-Beautiful Ambience
-quiet enough for work
-delicious breakfast (American style/ Thai style, Vegan banana pancakes)
-useful shuttles every 30 minutes for tourist attraction
-useful shuttle back to lomprayah approximately every 5 in a half hours
-weaker sewage pump so it was advised not to flush paper and to trash it instead, staff was on top of cleaning trash very often”
