Nice location, great staff ☺️

A very cute, clean and authentic hotel located in the center of Helsinki. Every place of interest is within a walking distance. Homecooked dinner and breakfast, great variety of healthy food and drinks, and excellent service were a pleasant surprise. The room was exceptionally clean with super comfortable mattress and pillows.

Here’s a polished version of your review: The rooms were okay, but the bathroom had a bad odor throughout our stay. On the positive side, the breakfast was really good. Most of the staff were okay, but unfortunately, the lady at the water park reception was rude and unhelpful. She would benefit from additional training on how to communicate with and treat guests professionally.

Located close to a tram stop with good links to the airport (1 change or a walk). Close to the old city without being in the thick of it, so mostly quiet, though in the front facing rooms you do hear the trams. The rooms I was in had a bed in a loft / mezzanine area with low ceiling and needed a bit of manoevering to get in/out of bed, but if you have no mobility issues it's perfectly fine. Downstairs area with a small kitchen (almost silent fridge) and a nice bathroom with a great shower. Check in and out easy. Great value for money, would stop again.
