"My wife and I stayed in this beautiful house in Haraki village. Everything was perfect. The location was ideal. We wanted to be mid Island on the East coast by the water. The communication with the owner (Karen) and her property manager (Anna) was stellar. The house has AC in every room and it truly has everything that you could possibly want or need in a vacation home like a washer, DRYER, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, spices, olive oil, etc. We rented a car and drove all over the Island. It was super safe and a fantastic experience overall. Karen's house is steps from the water and we ate at all of the local restaurants (5 nights). They were all great and very reasonably priced. Bottom's Up Cafe, Argo Seafood, Tommy's Taverna and Davinci's Italian Restaurant were all phenomenal. I would rate Karen's house a 10 out of 10. Thank you Karen. Love Rhodes"

"It suited our requirements-small quiet beach and local walks with sufficient good places to eat in the evening. We met the owner’s mother and she was a very pleasant lady and nothing was too much trouble.She gave us oranges which made great juice drinks. Would definitely recommend the property to our friends."

"We had a lovely weeks stay at Porto Angeli. From the moment you arrive there's a wow factor and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We stayed in the junior suite and there was plenty of room for my husband, 2 young children and I. The bed was huuuuuge and we were sad to have to say bye to it! Also having our own pool made the kids' lunchtime naps much more enjoyable for us. My toddler has food allergies and chef Costas made special dishes for him with a big smile on his face. A special thank you to him. But all staff were so professional and very friendly, including the lovely ladies on reception who couldn't do enough for us. The food was great and varied with plenty of choice. The dining setting outside was lovely. The kids playground was big and had lots to keep little ones entertained. One day we decided to venture out of the hotel and it was easy to rent a car from the hotel. We were (and still are!) sad to leave this lovely hotel. A couple of slight areas for improvement is to mix up the A La Carte menu throughout the week. Also, the temperature of the pools was colder than the sea. It would have been good to have them a little warmer, even if only the kids pool. This did not impact our stay negatively - just ideas for improvement :) "

"Love embracing the culture away from the tourist traps. You don't really need a car. You can hire a taxi to get there and take the bus the rest of the time. Buses are reasonable only 3.30 euro from the town into the tourist cities. No need to look for parking in Rhodes or Lindos with the bus system. Bus station is maybe a 5- 8 minute walk. I will probably not rent a car next time. Rustic and what the locals live in. Loved the private patio. My daughter stayed up nights with the lights on reading on the patio. The beaches are not crowed and loungers, shade umbrellas are affordable. You do have to be a little agile to take the steps up to the cottage. I'm no spring chicken and made it up and down easily. Thru the back garden gate is the castle. An easy walk to the castle and the church within. Stella the owner will bend over backwards to provide anything you are missing or require. Lots of information on local events or sites that you might not know are happening. Really they were a knock or email away. They even were kind enough to present us with a lovely going away gift. This was probably one of the best places I have stayed in for privacy and location. "
