“Todo muy agradable ”

“La chambre de l’hôtel que nous avions réservée était propre, avec une très belle vue sur la piscine et la mer, et idéalement située à proximité des commerces et à deux pas des magnifiques plages de Salou. Néanmoins, je tiens à signaler qu’à notre arrivée, nous avons d’abord été installés dans un appartement qui nécessitait clairement un rafraîchissement. Heureusement, la personne à l’accueil a été très réactive et nous a proposé une alternative : remplacer l’appartement par une suite parentale,……

“Das Personal war sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr bequem. Das Buffet am Abend und auch das Frühstücksbuffet waren hervorragend. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ”

“Transport There is no free airport shuttle. The Plana bus runs from the airport to central points in Salou/Barcelona for €3.30, which is convenient but not clearly advertised by the hotel. “Las zonas comunes estan súper bién y renovadas. En cambio las habitaciones se nota que son antiguos, seria recomendable una actualizacion de baños y pasillos. El resto perfecto”

“We had a great stay. We had full board which was amazing. The staff were very friendly and informative. Lovely pool area. ”

“Chambre 251 bruyante. On ne comprenait pas d'où venait les boom constant mais cela provenait des cables des ascenseurs face à la chambre. Le bruit raisonnait dans d'autres chambres car lrs gens tapaient dans les murs pour faire cesser le bruit. Dommage. Le bruit s'arretait vers 23h30 et repranait tôt le matin. ”
