“Hotel is right in the middle of town and easy to find. Fronts on the city center - location is great. Parking is in an abandoned building behind the hotel - rather scruffy. We had the apartment on the third floor - large, but old - hotel probably dates from 1950s (or 30s?), with no obvious renovations. Dormer windows. No air conditioning. “We have language barrier with the front desk staff. They don't speak & understand English. We need to climbed up stairs until we reached 3rd floor even though I have difficulties in walking. I already made a request beforehand to have a room with no upstairs & long walked because of my walking condition. They are inconsiderate. No air condition. Feels that we are inside the sauna. No shampoo, no soap. Bath towel is very small. The only good in this place is the size.”
