Excellent staff-friendly, courteous, and helpful. Overall experience from airport-pickup, check-in, concierge, dining, etc., all very satisfying. I specifically wanted to mention Mr Abhishek for his kindness and thoughtfulness. I recommend this property and shall stay here if I visit Kolkata ...
