“The hotel had only been open a week when we arrived. It is beautiful in decor and ambience. The staff are amazing. A few teething problems that will be sorted out over time. The only disappointment was there were no sun loungers to relax in during the day. There are photos on the website, I hope they use the garden space to allow a chilled out area.”

“Food was mediocre and only available at limited times, all cafeteria style and quality. Drink selection was very poor quality for all inclusive. All mediocre brands and up were highly priced $18 Eu per drink. Staff was less than helpful. AC didn’t work, electric kept tripping. Pool was very nice but opened late and closed early. “We were very disappointed with the room. We felt deceived by what we had been promised and what was delivered. And when we asked about it, they just seemed not to care that it was an anniversary trip and did nothing to make our stay better. Even when we told them we were not happy they did nothing to make us feel better. We certainly will not stay there again. Staying there was a big letdown to end our trip with.”

“This hotel was a lovely find right in the heart of Old Town. It is boutique with only a few rooms and a vintage feel. The communication between the owner, myself and reception was excellent, and the staff at reception were so helpful in giving restaurant and activity recommendations.”
