“Highly recommended place to stay if you visit Dubrovnik. Clean room, polite staff and comfortable. Great facilities and restaurants in the resort area. Frequent shuttle bus travelling between resort and old town Self Driving in Old town is restricted and hotel within old town not recommended ( tons of stairs awaiting you).”

“The room is clean and cozy. Perfect for us (2 adults 2 kids). The location is quite good too. Few minutes taxi to old town. The only complain I had was that the water is too slow. ”

“We loved this hotel! First, everyone were very-very friendly, helpful starting from front desk people to waiters. Very nice restaurants. Beautiful! Beautiful, newly renovated villa. Amazing room, pretty nice size oc the room, very comfortable bed, amazing pillows. Refrigerator in the room, slippers, rob and beach towels are provided. 10min walk to the beautiful beach. 2min walk from the bus stop. 10- 15min bus ride to Old city. Very close to the port also, 10min bus ride. Absolutely amazing……

“We stayed at Hotel Sumratin for five nights and had a fantastic experience. As a new hotel, everything is finished to a very high standard. The rooms, public areas and facilities were all spotless, and the attention to cleanliness throughout our stay was excellent. The service was consistently friendly and professional, and the hotel grounds and restaurants were beautifully maintained. The breakfast and dining options were of a high quality, and there are also plenty of great local restaurants……

“我們被安排住在同系酒店 Royal princess hotel, 但事前沒收到通知，故check in 時找了些時間才到 princess 查詢。同系酒店只有一間開放，應是將所有預訂同系酒店的都放在一起。其他幾間都維修中，故周邊環境不佳，有太多建築進行中。酒店本身質素很好，房間大，整潔，早餐食物種類及質素亦合理。停車就放在街邊，5星酒店都不開停車場有些奇怪。酒店離舊城有10多分鐘車程，如有定期穿梭巴士會更佳。但以價格來說，整體上是超值的。”
