(558 条点评) The deluxe sunset overwater villa has amazing view and the response from the staff via the resort app is prompt, the rooms are cleaned and tided up in professional manner, but it takes some time to have warm water from the shower, it is a bit difficult to adjust the temperature of the water, either too hot or not hot enough and the water pressure could be higher. Most staff are nice and friendly, except one or two catering staff. Most of them greet with friendly smile even when walking past. Food was amazing, especially in ocean, food variety was great, the chefs are friendly and helpful. But it is a bit too warm in the restaurants and bar, air conditioning could be improved. The dolphin viewing cruise and snorkelling with sharks are both once in a lifetime experience, highly recommend to others. The response of the resort via email before arrival could be quicker. Would be better if details of different meal plans and restaurant menus can be sent as reference without asking.
