"Great stay for a solo week in Seoul! Located on a quiet street, with lots of dining options close by.
Walkable to many iconic locations such as Insa-dong Culture Street, Changgyeonggung Palace, and Hanok Villages.
Easy self check-in process with a code to enter, which was very convenient. "
"It is OK for one person, but rooms were very small. Japanese breakfast, could use some variety.
A very safe location. Great area - many shops, food, etc."
"First off, good luck getting a taxi that can actually find this place. The taxi dropped me off and then I spent an hour trying to locate the place on foot. It ended up being a 25 minute walk to the other side of town with all my luggage in tow on a hot and sunny day which was very unpleasant. Once I arrived, check in was easy. The accommodation was very basic which I didn’t mind because I only needed a place to sleep for one night. The shower leaked water all over the sleeping area even though...

"Great location. Close to subway. Lots of restaurant nearby. We were allowed to do early check in. We got fresh towels and free water bottles daily without even requesting. "
"Great Desk staff who speak excellent English and very helpful! I loved the location of the hotel, which was easy to walk to many tourist attractions and restaurants.."

"The hotel is clean and modern. The staff is helpful and kind. The subway and bus stops are just in front of the hotel, which is located in a lively neighborhood (but the hotel itself was quiet). It served our needs perfectly. "
"This hotel is new and the room is spacious. It is like a well managed service apartment, and our were extremely comfortable stay. Our room is equipped with great appliances that top any hotels I have ever stayed. The AC, air purying, fridges, kitchen appliances are all stylishly new. My favourite is the "ironing/drying" cabinet!
Location is very strategic between Myeong-dong and Dondaemon (Gwanjang market is 12-15mins walk), and with Gwanghwamun to the North, it is ideal and value for money for the brand new building, spacious room and thoughtfully design and build hotel that ensure a very comfort stay.
The only thing is the hotel is within a local electronic supplies zone, full of hardware shops, spare parts supplies for local workmen - so it isn't touristy as you may expect.
I would highly recommend.

"This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of palaces and temples, while surrounded by a very business-like district. Easy to get around by walking and using the subway. Comfortable and quiet room (if very slightly small). A great place from which to enjoy Seoul"
"Great location! You can walk to Myungdong, Gwanghamoon area which is top tourist spot.
They offer buffet with great choices with Korean & continental cuisine. The staffs were well trained too. "
"Best place to stay in Korea! Hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly. Hotel is near city hall station. Palace and shopping mall are nearby. Hotel is nearby many restaurants and convenience store. Perfect place to stay. "
"Lotte Hotel Seoul is a beautiful property. Everything was great - amazing breakfast buffet. The staff were so efficient and friendly that we were all amazed. This is definitely a 5-star hotel. Only unpleasant surprise I had was that you had to pay to use the sauna.

"The staff was wonderful! The facility was extremely clean, they truly take pride in their establishment. Onsite laundry room if needed. Entrance Doors lock late at night for safety but they give you a code. I came with my family and the late night scene was more for the younger party crowd but during the day you are close to so many amazing spots that are a walk or short taxi ride away. We were very happy with our stay :)"
