"Such a clean, comfortable and well equipped villa. Easy walking distance to the beach, supermarket and some lovely beach bars and restaurants. We did hire a car but wouldn’t bother again as hardly used it. Drive to Split can be horrendous, parking difficult too so better by taxi or bus. "The AC Marriott did its job. Was clean, updated and nice. Breakfast was ample and fresh but this hotel didn’t really do it for me. Was very sterile feeling and in an undesirable area next to a main road with no atmosphere. Just a sterile business place to stay overnight. Not a vacation type hotel. Not walkable at all and the outside of the hotel is just concrete. It’s a nice room but if you are coming for an experience type hotel - this isn’t that."
