Perfectly located holiday home with a private pool

This newly redecorated house with a private swimming pool is located near the main road in Stanići, Omiš and only 100 meters from the beach.

All the important content for enjoying your holiday is within 5 minutes of walking from the house - markets, restaurants, cafe bar, bakery, fruit stand and of course the beach.

The house consists of two double bed bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds.
It has a beautiful, panoramic terrace at the top of the house equipped with a kitchen, dining area, TV and a small bathroom.
All rooms are equipped with an AC.

The pool area also contains two more indoor places - one with a small kitchen, living room and bathroom and the other with a pool table and a small darts board.

The property also includes two private parking places in front of the house.
In case you don't plan to rent a car, we can offer a transport service as well.

We are open regarding pet policy and usually accept groups bringing their pets on vacation but as a precaution (because of some "bad experiences"), the property is marked with a "no-pets policy". Please reach out to us for any questions about this.

Last, but not least - we give our best in trying to make the house as sustainable as possible by investing in energy-efficient appliances (ACs, LED lighting), being mindful of water conservation when maintaining the swimming pool, encouraging waste recycling and using solar energy.
