I had a great stay at Premium Apart MONday Ginza EAST! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My flight ended up being delayed, and I needed to extend my check-out time at the last minute. Even though there was an additional cost, the process was so easy and smooth, which I really appreciated, especially during an already stressful travel day. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and really appreciated how accommodating and kind the staff were. I would definitely stay here again!

Amenities such as bikes and umbrellas are available for guests, which I found to be a thoughtful touch. Although I didn’t dine at the restaurant, the menu looked appealing and well-prepared. Overall, this hotel offers comfort, convenience, and attentive service for travellers.
