This hotel is one of four hotels listed on its signboard and there were another 2 hotels on the same floor so it's somewhat confusing upon coming out of the lift. I met only one hotel staff during my stay - she was the receptionist, housekeeper and everything else. Since the only thing I required was a clean room the absence of staff did not bother me.
