Great views, room was amazing and lovely hotel - reception team and communication was excellent - I needed a late check out that they were very happy to accommodate. Only wish I could have stayed longer!!

The staff up in the Executive Lounge were wonderful and very helpful, especially Ms. Fontane, who seemed to be there 24/7. She anticipated our every need. Plus I have to admit, their in-room shower water pressure was the best I have ever had…and we have traveled and lived around the world.

Amazing customer service, friendly, helpful, accomodating. Made us feel special from the moment we arrived, so much so, that we booked again that day. Rooftop bar jawdropping views of Hong Kong, wonderful cocktails, and outstanding service. Rooftop pool out of this world.

Yes! The best hotel. Ever.

Totally amazing. Great breakfast, nice restaurants, personalized service and so on. Yes, this is the best hotel ever. One of the ladies in the breakfast noticed that I drank a lot of black coffee so when the cup began to be empty she always came and asked me if I wanted a new cup. The service in this hotel is something extraordinary.

We stayed in the Grand Room with a stunning view of Victoria Harbor and the sea. The service was exceptional, and the two-night stay was worth every penny.
