The spacious open-concept kitchen, dining and living area provides a natural gathering place, while four individually air-conditioned bedrooms—each with its own private ensuite bathroom—give every guest space to retreat and unwind. The same balance continues outdoors, with generous areas for dining, relaxing and spending time together, as well as quieter corners where guests can enjoy a little privacy of their own.

For guests who dive and snorkel, direct access to the Caribbean Sea is complemented by dedicated rinse, drying and secure gear-storage facilities. INDOOR LIVING

Villa Oceana's interior reflects the calm of its surroundings. Natural finishes, subtle colors and carefully selected materials create a refined yet relaxed atmosphere. Clean architectural lines, generous proportions and abundant natural light keep the sea and tropical landscape visually connected to the interior. The result is understated luxury—sophisticated without feeling formal.

At the heart of the villa is an expansive open-concept kitchen, dining and living area designed for spending time together without feeling crowded. High sliding doors open toward the pool and patio, with views across the water and gardens forming a natural backdrop to the space.

The fully equipped kitchen centers around an oversized island—a natural gathering point for breakfast, drinks or conversation while meals are prepared. The dining table seats up to 10 for more traditional sit-down meals.

The kitchen includes a full-size oven and cooktop, oversized side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with filtered water and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, blender, chopper, kettle, and both drip and capsule coffee makers. Cookware, dishes and utensils are well stocked, along with wine and cocktail glasses and melamine tableware for poolside and patio use.

The living area offers comfortable seating, a 72-inch Smart TV and a ceiling fan. A ping-pong table and foosball table provide additional entertainment.

Two independently controlled A/C units cool the main living area. Windows and high sliding doors are insect-screened, making it easy to enjoy the natural breeze when conditions allow. Automated roller shutters provide additional control over privacy, sunlight, interior temperature and room darkness.

A separate powder room conveniently serves the villa's common areas.

OUTDOOR LIVING & INFINITY POOL

The villa's outdoor spaces are designed as a natural continuation of the interior. At their center is an oversized private infinity pool measuring approximately 11 × 4 meters (36 × 13 feet), positioned to make the most of the oceanfront setting. Coral tile and hardwood surfaces complement the architecture and surrounding landscape.

The covered patio provides a shaded extension of the living room, with comfortable seating and ceiling fans. On the open section of the patio, eight sun loungers face the Caribbean Sea. A hammock and additional seating areas around the property offer quieter places to read, rest or simply enjoy the surroundings.

The fully equipped outdoor kitchen includes a gas grill, cooktop, sink, counter space and lighting for evening use. Nearby, a high table provides an informal setting for breakfast, drinks and casual meals.

Palms and orchids fill the tropical garden, while a grove of coconut palms along the ocean side of the property adds privacy and naturally frames the waterfront setting.

After sunset, subtle lighting illuminates the garden and palms, while the infinity pool is lit for evening swimming. Open views across the water toward Klein Bonaire make these spaces equally inviting from early morning through the evening.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Villa Oceana accommodates up to 8 guests in four bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. Every bedroom is individually air-conditioned and equipped with a ceiling fan, insect screens and electric blackout shades, allowing guests to adjust the room to their preferred level of comfort.

The Primary Bedroom features a king-size bed and exceptional 270° views of the Caribbean Sea. It includes a large walk-in closet, Smart TV, safe, desk and office chair, plus a private veranda with a two-person swing.

The Primary Bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower and bathtub, complemented by a private outdoor shower.

The Second Bedroom has a king-size bed, pool views and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and double vanity.

The Third Bedroom has a queen-size bed, garden views and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and double vanity.

The Fourth Bedroom, also furnished with a queen-size bed, opens onto a naturally shaded private patio. Its private outdoor shower is accessible directly from either the ensuite bathroom or the patio, extending the villa's indoor-outdoor character into this secluded space.

All bedrooms have closet space and Smart TVs. Bed linens, bath towels, pool towels, extra pillows and blankets are provided.

CARIBBEAN SEA, SNORKELING & DIVING

With the Caribbean Sea directly in front of the property, swimming, snorkeling and shore diving can easily become part of the daily rhythm of a stay at Villa Oceana.

Divers have a dedicated setup with a rinse tank, drying facilities, secure gear storage and an integrated bench for gearing up and down. The layout also makes loading and unloading equipment convenient when heading out to explore Bonaire's many other dive sites.

Andrea I and Andrea II are nearby, providing additional options for shore diving and snorkeling.

Bonaire's natural shoreline is mixed and rocky in places. Access to the water from the property is via a shoreline path and steps; water shoes are recommended.

Coolers and beach chairs are provided for days spent exploring other parts of the island.

CONNECTIVITY

Wi-Fi extends throughout the villa and outdoor areas. Ethernet is available in every bedroom for guests who prefer a wired connection. The Master Bedroom also includes a dedicated desk and office chair, while the large dining table provides additional workspace when needed.

LOCATION

Villa Oceana is located in Sabadeco, a quiet residential oceanfront area offering privacy while keeping Kralendijk, restaurants, shopping and additional dive sites within easy reach.

Kralendijk and many restaurants are approximately a 10-minute drive away, while a supermarket is about 5 minutes from the villa. The nearby coastline also offers convenient access to additional snorkeling and shore-diving locations.

A rental car is recommended for exploring Bonaire. Access to the villa is via paved roads, and parking is available for up to three vehicles.

Your stay begins with a personal meet-and-greet and orientation to the villa. Professional local property management is available during your stay for property-related questions and assistance, with emergency support when needed.

Arrival and check-in information is provided in advance, and a house guide is available at the villa. The local management team can also assist with questions about the property and Bonaire during your stay.

• Electricity usage of up to 95 kWh per day is included. Additional usage is charged at $0.43 per kWh.
• For stays of 14 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning and linen change are included for your comfort, with service provided every 7 days during longer stays.
