I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Orchid Chandigarh for the first time, and I must say—I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail stood out.
A special shoutout to Aarti at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect in every way. Her warm welcome, helpful attitude, and willingness to accommodate my late checkout made a lasting impression.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, and a calming ambiance that made it easy to relax and unwind.
This was my first experience with The Orchid Hotels, and it certainly won’t be my last. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality service and a memorable stay!

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights... I really enjoyed the comfort of my room. I also appreciated the sauna. And the different dining options that the hotel offers were also all very enjoyable experiences. I would be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.
