Stylish Villa Quadra***** with a sea view and heated pool on Krk

Luxury Villa Quadra ***** is located on the beautiful island of Krk in the village Pinezići. Only 500 m away from the sea is an ideal place for all those who are looking for an active vacation on one of the largest and most richest islands in the Adriatic.

Modern and harmoniously decorated villa Quadra in its 200 m2 can accommodate 10 people in 5 modern bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor of the villa you can find one bedroom and bathroom. Exclusively decorated kitchens and dining areas are the perfect place for a family lunch, while you can relax and relax in the beautiful lounge area from the summer heat in a fully air-conditioned setting. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor, a storage room, a laundry room and a hall leading to the upper floor. On the upper floor you can find 3 beautiful bedrooms each with a separate bathroom and one children's room with bunk beds.

In the courtyard of the villa there is a beautiful swimming pool (9x6 m, 1,4 m deep) surrounded by 10 deck chairs. The pool can be heated. In the yard there is also an outdoor grill and the yard is fully fenced, providing the guests privacy. From the entertainment facilities available to our guests there is a children's playground, use of smart TV, football equipment (small goal) and sunbathing area.

Since the 19th century, the island of Krk is a famous tourist destination. This island is in constant construction of communal accommodation and enhanced beach, walks, preservation of the environment making it a very desirable tourist destination. A large selection of apartments, camps, boarding houses and luxury villas are available on the island of Krk. 14 The beautiful beaches have a blue flag and an example are the purity of the sea and the coast. The town of Pinezići is famous for the Holy Fuska Church and chapel of St. Marine of Skrpcica. Today, the patrimony of the olive-growing and vineyard industry can boast of autochthonous grapes and quality oil, whose recipe dates back to the days of the ancestors who were the farmers and shepherds of this area.

Parking for 3 cars on the property.
Pet fee is charged 15,00 Eur per pet per day. 2 pets/dogs allowed.
Deposit; 500,00 EUR is charged upon arrival directly to the owner.
The villa has a baby cot and a high chair.
