The air quality is exceptional, and the room is notably comfortable, particularly the mattress, ensuring a restful sleep. Additionally, guests have access to a kettle for boiling water for tea. However, the self-service registration process could be enhanced. With the presence of staff to aid guests in check-in and escort them to their rooms will be better.”

“Prinzipiell ein sehr nettes und sauberes Hotel in halbwegs guter Lage, das jedoch einige Tücken aufweist. Unser Zimmer befand sich im fünften Stock. Da das Hotel über keinen Aufzug verfügt, sind die oberen Zimmer für Menschen mit Gehbeeinträchtigung ungeeignet. Zudem hatten wir morgens – wenn vermutlich viele Gäste gleichzeitig duschen – kein Wasser mehr. Das ist äußerst unangenehm, wenn man bereits eingeseift unter der Dusche steht. Auch der zu kleine Frühstücksraum war zeitweise so überfüllt,……

“The only good things about this hotel are the location. It is located in the centre of Brno. The staff at the front desk is quite helpful. However, the hotel's maintenance and housekeeping services are awful. Many things are out of order or in poor condition, including the air conditioner, the room lights, no hot water, and a broken arm on the armchair. The window cannot be opened, and the room is very dimly lit. The breakfast is just okay; very little food to choose from. It is not worth the……
