The owner and staff paid special attention to every detail and catered to my every need during my stay. The cleanliness overall is impeccable; and the nature, landscaping, and peacocks offered an appeal of luxury and a great deal of serenity. The property has an exclusive touch which made me feel safe and secure. The Haven also accommodated me with things to do in the area. Traveling from America, The Haven gave the best hospitality I've ever experienced. I would refer anyone traveling to this region to book their stay. The Haven totally feels like a Home away from Home. It is a great place to stay during a holiday, get away, or just to reset. I highly recommended this hotel to anyone that want to stay here in Kumasi they are always on point about everything the breakfast was good location was nice there's nothing bad about this hotel I recommend it 100% the staff is wonderful.
