“Clean room good breakfast”

“Clean large room with good bed and nice shower. Very good price too. Dinner at the restaurant was surprisingly good, though the staff was not helpful. It took a very long time for us to get a table even though there was plenty of room. The manager was yelling at the staff and no one had time for us... When it came to paying, it was even worse. Super long wait at the bar to be able to pay, and they let other more frequent guests cut in line. The breakfast the next morning was very basic,……

“Mooie plek, zwembad aanwezig 50 meter buiten het hotel met veel ligbedjes. Parkeergarage voor de auto ook ideaal je kan zo in en uit rijden wanneer je wilt met de ontvangen QR code. Wel aangegeven na de 1e nacht met de vraag of de airco even gecheckt kom worden omdat deze niet echt koelt. Hier hebben we niks meer op teruggekregen als feedback. Het leek minder warm te zijn in de kamer net nadat we terugkwamen van zwemmen maar dat was toch niet het geval nadat we gedoucht waren en terugkwamen van……

“推薦給去Trieste的朋友，酒店位置十分好，房間、設施整潔舒適，員工熱情有禮，服務亦到位，前檯知道我們下站會到威尼斯，細心替我們聯絡那面酒店安排泊車資訊，十分細心，省下我們的時間。酒店側便是意大利統一廣場，有很多不同類型的餐廳，而且對面便是看日落的長堤，方便四處閒逛，Trieste是illy的發源地，另外亦有好多間值得光顧的咖啡店，喜歡咖啡的朋友到訪意大利的話不妨可安排1至2天到這個寧靜的沿海城市遊覽一下”

“位置優越：鄰近火車，巴士站，到城內觀光購物亦十分便利。 服務一流：入住前曾向酒店查詢有關早餐的安排，很快就收到Jessica的答覆。入住當天收到一份有關火車延誤的意大利文電郵，所以向前台Victoria查詢，她不但給我們很詳細的解釋，而且將電郵打印一份並用螢光筆標示重點，以方便我們使用，這種服務實在貼心。 早餐一流：餐廳平時供應咖啡等飲品及小食給住客享用，早餐內容非常精彩，服務員招呼周到。”

“Great location and clean place! Had all we needed. Just wished the AC could be set at lower temperatures since the days we were in Trieste were particularly hot. Otherwise, everything was great”

“It’s old and many things don’t work properly for example the ac is super loud and only keeps the entrance cool. The coffee machine didn’t work properly. The hot water for the shower was off and on and really not that hot. No pressure in the shower either. Very rude when it came to checking as no flexibility was offered for check time unless I was willing to give more money!”
