The bubbling shopping mile in Kühlungsborn West core is only about 10 minutes walk. The beach can be reached on foot via a landscaped path. The beach is only about 150 meters away. From the apartments on the south side you have a magnificent view towards cooling and the Bastorf lighthouse. The coastal protection forest in front of the building also offers a beautiful eye-catcher. Spacious terraces and balconies belong to each apartment and invite you to long evenings in the mild Kühlungsborn sea climate. Villa Josephine has an in-house elevator. In the house there is a coin-operated washing machine and coin launderer for communal use.

The 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house with a balcony to the north side and another to the west side. The modern apartment is about 50 m² and offers for 3 people a bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The living area is equipped with a dining table and a sofa set with double sofa bed. The modern decor includes color TV and a stereo system. The fully equipped, separate fitted kitchen has among other things a dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooker. The shower / toilet completes the beautiful apartment.
